Study on effects of hyperinsulinemia state on diabetic angiopathy

Abstract
In our country, the diabetic angiopathy are increasing day by day, and therefore we have studied on the subject after consulting various literatures, as follows:
(1) it has turned out through clinical, epidemiological and biological experiment that hyperinsulinemia state causes a diabetic angiopathy;
(2) complication rate of diabetic angiopathy reaches the highest level in the insulin treatment group and the next level is in the oral blood sugar descending drug group, which, we deems, demonstrates that medical treatment of diabetes causes a hyperinsulinemia state;
(3) meanwhile, some scholars insist that the diabetes itself is relevant to vascular impairments, but the relevance between hyperinsulinemia state and vascular impairment cannot be denied;
(4) hyperinsulinemia state has also relevance to insulin receptor;
(5) therefore, in treatment of the diabetics, reconsideration shall be taken about injection of insulin or dosage of oral blood sugar descending drug, which are used excessively in these days for the purpose of only numerical drop in the blood sugar value;
(6) in the future, it is expected that a substance will be developed to prevent any occurrence of the diabetic angiopathy or to impede its progress.
